On 'cool and 'warm' settings the light is definitely a little dimmer - though since 'natural' seems the best setting onscreen it isn't an issue for me. The suction is fantastic. I have seen some negative reviews but honestly it's been great.
It has an adhesive on the suction cup which helps a lot, now whether it will withstand numerous moves I do not know, but I managed to get it right first time and it's been solid - I have adjusted the angle of the light many times and it's still firm.
Only 1 slight issue, when you turn your PC off mine is powered from PC USB it resets to default meaning you need to toggle back through the temperatures to get back to natural. OK, not a major deal I know as it takes only a few seconds each morning but I thought it worth mentioning. Other than that very happy with the purchase and would not hesitate buying another if required.

It has a sticky rubber around the suction but for the weight of the light its not sticky enough resulting to is constantly falling off. Bad bits: It comes with some confusing assembly instructions when you take it out of the box, but you figure it eventually. There are two options to attach this light. I haven't opted for this as I don't want it permanently stuck in one place.
The suction cup which you attach to a plastic sticky disc you peel and stick where you want. I put the plastic disc on the back of my laptop above the camera as this is where I needed the light. The suction held for about 30 mins, if there is any vibration, like if you are typing or writing, the light falls off. I had to put a pillow under my desk to catch it when it fell, the suction has completely stopped working. After falling off in the middle of a meeting I gave up and now it sits on the side of my laptop and casts an ugly shadow at whichever angle you put it or setting you have it on.
